[Phono Solar Projekt-Referenzüberblick] " One Belt, One Road" Ausländische Projekttour

2018-11-23

Five years ago, President Xi Jinping of China proposed a cooperative initiative to build the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road." President Xi stressed that energy cooperation is one of the key areas of the "Belt and Road" construction. We are willing to strengthen cooperation in the energy field with the framework of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, create favorable conditions for common development, jointly promote global energy sustainable development, and maintain global energy security. Since the establishment of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative five years ago, under the joint efforts of China and the countries along the “Road”, the energy cooperation field has been continuously expanded, the scale has been continuously extended, and the quality has been continuously improved. The “One Belt, One Road” energy cooperation has become a platform, on which various parties started cooperation, injecting a steady stream of momentum for the common development of all parties.

As a global integrated clean energy solution provider, as a central energy enterprise with a historical mission, Phono Solar actively responded to the “One Belt, One Road” call, “going out”, actively carry out the development of the new energy industry in the “Belt and Road” countries, and help to boost the economic development of countries along the route.

Let's review the projects references of Phono Solar in the “Belt and Road” countries:

  • The first “Megawatt” solar photovoltaic power plant since the founding of Pakistan

In 2015, the 1.25 MW ground-mounted solar power project fed onto the grid in the Punjab province of Pakistan, Phono Solar acted as a contractor. This power station is the first megawatt-scale utility photovoltaic power station in Pakistan. The power station covers an area of 16,000 square meters. The abundant local lighting makes the photovoltaic project generate 1,745,000 kWh per year, which not only meets the daily electricity demand of the residents in 110 villages, but also meets the needs of some auxiliary power systems. The clean electricity generated by the plant each year can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1,580 tons.

  • Pakistan's First IPP Solar Photovoltaic Project with Tracking System

In 2017, the 18-Megawatt photovoltaic power plant in Harappa, Pakistan, which was built by SUMEC Energy, was officially grid connected. It is the first IPP (Independent Power Producer) project in Pakistan that uses tracking system. It uses 56,259 pieces of Phono Solar high-efficiency polycrystalline PV modules and uses flat single-axis PV tracking system for the first time in Pakistan. After the completion of the project, the first year of power generation will be nearly 18 million kWh, and the total power generation in the next 25 years will reach 400 million kWh. It is equivalent of saving more than 5,904 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 18,000 tons per year.

  • Turkey's First Solar Photovoltaic Power Project in Desert

In 2016, Phono Solar Isparta 4.71MW project was connected to the grid in Turkey, which covers 800000 squares meters and annual power generation reached 7.5 million kWh, which can meet the electricity demand of about 2,500 households. The power generation is equivalent to a reduction of 3,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

  • The Largest Solar Photovoltaic Power Station in Central and Eastern Europe in 2010

The Czech Veprek 35MW solar power plant is the ninth largest photovoltaic power station in the world in 2010. Veprek, 20 km from Prague, is an ideal spot for building ground-mounted solar power plants. The entire power station can meet the energy need of about 10,000 homes. The solar project has been operating well since it was put into operation, achieving an energy yield of up to 16%. Scientific project design, efficient and reliable Phono Solar module brought a stable investment return for investors.

  • Greek Trikala Biomass Power Station

In June 2014, SUMEC Group and EDF signed a package of energy cooperation projects in Greece, including investment in the construction of local street lighting, waste management, desalination, biological purification, renewable energy and so on in Greece. Under the project agreement, Phono Solar will provide customers with the machines and related equipment used in the project.

  • Greek Antirrio 20MW wind turbine project

In 2018, the Greek Antirrio 20MW wind turbine project, which was contracted by Phono Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. was completed in March and officially connected to the grid in November. It is estimated that the annual power generation will reach 72 million kWh. It is the third wind turbine project jointly developed by SUMEC and the owner JASPER Group in Greece.

  • Romanian Galati Photovoltaic Power Station

In 2012, Phono Solar and photovoltaic system manufacturer and developer Electrasol Proiect cooperated to build a 500kW ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant in Romania. The project is the first photovoltaic solar project in Galati of Romania. The annual power generation of the power station is about 474,000 kWh, which is equivalent to a reduction of 472.6 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

  • Pakistan 50MW Wind Power Project

The 50MW wind power project in Pakistan started construction at the end of July 2018 and is expected to be completed and connected to the grid in March 2019. The project has a distribution area of about 10.27 square kilometers and uses 25 sets of 2.0 MW power wind generators. The annual power generation is expected to be 179 million kWh, which is the first wind power project of Phono Solar in Pakistan and the first wind power EPC project of SUMEC Group in oversea market.

  • Chile 36MW ground-mounted photovoltaic power station

A series of 36MW photovoltaic solar power project, situated in Las Turcas and El Pitio of Chile, which were built by SUMEC Energy, were completed in September 2018.

The “Belt and Road” initiative conforms to the trend of the time and is in line with the interests of the people of all countries and has great prospects of development. SUMEC Energy's new concept of green development and the goal of building a “Green Silk Road” are also consistent with the goal of sustainable development. In the past few years, Phono Solar has been the leader in the “Belt and Road”. As the core executive body of the clean energy business under the China Machinery Industry Group, Phono Solar will continue to create economic, social and ecological values for more countries and become an explorer and leader in the internationalization of the energy industry.
